Founded by digital transformation expert and mental health equity visionary Dr. Herbert, she noticed data was framed as negativity and health equity was highly misunderstood in many environments. Using 7+ years of teaching and research experience, she used active listening,
evidence-based frameworks, not only solve problems for clients but to educate them as well. Although consulting is still an industry emerging in diversity, Lander Solution actively invest in youth social impact through bimonthly mentorship sessions and career focused support. These mentorship opportunities are free of charge and offer students evidenced based, actionable and meaningful tools to thrive in an Ai Society.
Dr. H leverages her training from Scrum to apply Agile concepts and program management tools, fostering more efficient work methods and achieving results. Above all, Dr. H is a collaborative team player committed to advancing health equity, inclusive research accessible to researchers and the communities served.
Throughout her career, she has used research to drive equity. Her published research spans social psychology, behavioral HIV prevention, trauma informed care, and harm reduction. Dr. H is also deeply committed to health equity and advocacy, as reflected in her leadership positions at the Association for Counseling and many non-profits advisory councils. Her unique perspective as a South American and woman of color enriches her drive to foster inclusive health research and awareness raising.
